Responsibilities
Assisted in lead a crew of 8+ people during a 1 day load in, responsibilities included delegating tasks, answering technical questions, supervising docked trucks unloading assets, and communicating with the client and vendors on site
Collaborated with estimators, fabric and sewing, and creative departments during fabrication
Collaborated with project management team to communicate with the client regarding approvals and draftings
Created 3D models of the activation area based on site visits, sketches and measurements
Determined final material finishes based on sourced vendors, material samples, and pricing
Designed client facing, and fabrication shop CAD draftings based on client renderings and approvals
Tracked and documented shop fabrication process to ensure product quality
Created list of required materials, certifications, and contact information for activation and load in
